Wooohoooo! Definitely something worth celebrating! I remember being a nervous wreck before my driving exam.
Here in Tokyo, I didn't even try to get a license. I hear it's a difficult process, and not very many people pass on their first try. The streets are crazy anyway. It's much easier and safer if I raise my arm to hail a cab. :D
